Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS usually within 2 work days of the receiving the payment (excluding personalized products). The delivery time should not exceed 2 work days within Turkey and 5 work days within the EU.

Returns
The legal return period of PURE Paris products is 14 days from the date of delivery. The accessories and packaging package of the product to be returned must be complete. Refunds must be sent with the original invoice of the product (in case of non-invoice delivery) with the customer filling in the return section on the invoice. Returns must be received in their unworn and unused condition within the original packaging.

The returned product is examined after the elimination is complete and the refund process begins. When the transaction is approved, the product fee will be returned within 10 days, as the legal time. If there are promotions such as gift vouchers, discount coupons, etc. used during your order, the promotional terms and conditions will be calculated and the return will be processed.

If the defective product is returned due to the reason, it will be replaced with the new product in proportion to your demand or the product price will be paid. If damage arises from the use of the product, the product will be inspected by the quality control experts and refunds will not be accepted if it is determined that it is not defective.
